This capacitor is useful for starting electric motors like: 

for air conditioning, cooling fans for refrigerators, refrigeration units, radiator fans, power motors, mowers, compressors, water pumps, car compressors, etc. 

These capacitors are used in almost all types of electric motors.

The capacitor has a screw with a nut that helps to fix it on different supports.
