Setting the time:

Press and hold the mode for 2 seconds to enter the time setting mode

The hour number flashes and can be set by setting the number of hours up or down.

Press MODE again: the number of minutes flashes,

which can be set by pressing up or down to set the minutes.

Set the alarm:

1. Turning on the LED display completely in about 2 seconds after powering up, then "Bi" in normal clock mode,

the system default will be 12 hours PM12:00

2. In normal watch mode, press the Mode key to enter the corresponding function, in the following order:

clock MODE —— temperature MODE —— temperature MODE night ON/OFF

3. In the time and date mode, long press the MOD key to enter the setting state and press the keys,

Up-Down to adjust the required values.
