After completing the attached return request, deliver the package to us by calling a courier company (parcels sent by the Romanian Post are not accepted, parcels sent back in the cash-on-delivery system are not accepted).

Return of products.

Attention, Frize Electronics S.R.L-D ONLY processes returns submitted via the return form on the frize website .ro, any other means of communication (telephone, whatsapp, etc.) of the intention to return the purchased products will not be considered a return request and as a result will not be processed.

Returns / Exchanges can only be made within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Purchases made in December are eligible to be returned by January 25. Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and obtaining tracking information as Frize Electronics S.R.L-D is not responsible for any lost / missing returns. All Frize Electronics S.R.L-D items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, without signs of wear or AWB stickers on the original packaging. .Any damaged items that show signs of wear or that do not comply with the return policy of Frize Electronics S.R.L-D will be refused and the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense or a damage fee of 20 % per unit will be deducted from the refund.

Refund.

After we receive your returned package, please allow 3-5 days for processing. After processing, we will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are made ONLY to a bank account opened at a bank in Romania. We do not refund money in accounts like Revolut, Transferwise or similar.Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account. or your exchange to be sent. We do not refund shipping fees. If you believe you have received a defective product, before returning the item, please email us with a picture of the defect and your order number. so that our quality control team can review it.
